Each pack has two colours ~ Four colours for each regiment eg ( 1 ) Colonel's and Third Captain's. ( 2 ) Major's
and 1st Captain's. The foot regiments would have carried one colour for each company at this time ~ usually between seven and ten flags per Regiment, a colourful display, with the colonel's colour being the plainest.
