Machine failure - 13/02/2009 19:33:34 Over the past 3 weeks we've had a major fault with our casting machine and after having one part repaired which had to come from France we still can't use the machine. Since then we've tried to track down an engineer who specialises in repairing this type of machine which has prooved much harder than we first thought as there just doesn't seem to be any of these specialist left in the country! We have just tracked down someone who has retired and hopefully will be able to travel to us and hopefully identifty the fault and point us in the right direction to getting the machine fixed. This could take a few more weeks so for all those of you who have placed an order over the past 3 weeks please bear with us as we desperately try and rectify this problem. 30 November 2007 - We are now open for business.
